Organic electronic materials are under widespread development in the display industry as the basis of organic light-emitting diodes and in the renewable energy industry for the source of organic photovoltaic devices.

This online seminar will showcase Schrödinger’s latest technology in atomistic-scale design and development of novel organic electronic materials with a few recent case studies. Powered by recent advances in physics-based and data-driven approaches such as solid-state property sampling, high-throughput dielectric property predictions, and design by active learning, key design criteria for organic electronic materials are quickly assessed over an extensive chemical design space to provide the most cost-effective pathway for developing new and innovative organic electronic materials.
