Metals in Medicine Conference

Author: Arlette Itken-Fuder

The highly topical conference on Medicinal Inorganic Chemistry of the prestigious Gordon Research Conferences will be chaired by Debbie C. Crans from Colorado, US, and Jan Reedijk from Holland (vice chairs: Dean Sherry from Texas, US, and Susan Berners-Price from Australia). Experts from all over the world will come together to discuss their research involving the use of metals in health-related fields.

Dr. Preeti Vashi, Deputy Editor of EurJIC, will attend the conference. EurJIC will sponsor a book prize and subsidize a junior participant.

Traditionally, Gordon Conferences focus on maximizing the direct interaction between participants, and to provide an intimate atmosphere, only a limited number of participants can attend.

To ensure that you are one of them, apply by June 6, 2010.
