Stefanie Dehnen on the Fascination of Cluster Chemistry

Stefanie Dehnen, University of Marburg, Germany, explains her research focus.

Stefanie Dehnen studied chemistry at the University of Karlsruhe, Germany, where she received her Ph.D. in 1996 and completed her habilitation in 2004. In 2005, she became Professor for Inorganic Chemistry at the University of Marburg. In 2006, she was promoted to Full Professor.

Among other honors, Dehnen has received a Feodor Lynen Research Fellowship from Alexander von Humboldt Foundation in 1997, the Wöhler-Nachwuchspreis from the Gesellschaft Deutscher Chemiker (GDCh, German Chemical Society) in 2004, and the Philipps-Universität Marburg Award for Support of Women in Science in 2018.
