Preparation of high‐performance epoxy‐containing silicone rubber via hydrosilylation reaction

ABSTRACT A novel epoxy‐containing silicone rubber network was constructed by hydrosilylation reaction among the synthesized vinyl‐containing epoxy resin prepolymers, vinyl terminated silicone oil and hydrogen‐containing silicone oil. Confinement of hydrogen atom with Dirac equation

Abstract The problem of a particle confined in a spherical cavity is studied with the Dirac equation. A hard confinement is obtained by forcing the large component to vanish at the cavity radius. It is shown that the small component cannot vanish simultaneously at this radius. In the case of a confined hydrogen atom, the energies are given by an implicit equation. Towards laser spectroscopy of 24Mg+ ions at CRYRING@ESR

CRYRING@ESR is a newly installed low energy ring integrated in the GSI accelerator facility. In this paper we describe developments of the laser spectroscopy experiment at CRYRING@ESR. In the past commissioning beam time in November, the recently installed data acquisition system was tested. Light emitted by excited residual gas atoms was detected by a single‐photon tagging technique. The time dependence of the ion beam intensity was investigated with this tool.
