This one-day hybrid conference focuses on electrochemistry and mainly addresses students and the civic society in Italy. The event aims to guide the public through the roots of electrochemistry, starting from the discoveries of Italian scientist Alessandro Volta, to the present and future of this field of chemistry. Topics like energy transition and climate change mitigation will be discussed.
