Submit your video and have the chance to win an iPad


We invite you to share a video (max. 3 min) showing an element or an element in its compounds in a visually appealing way. Focus on one aspect, such as properties, something special, beautiful, an application. Surprise us and our readers with your creativity.

Ideally, your video is easy to understand without much text. Text (spoken or subtitled) should be in English. A second language of your choice can be used additionally.

  • Submit before October 1, 2019
  • All submissions will be featured in ChemViewsMagazine and on our YouTube Channel
  • Vote for the video which you like best

 

PRIZES

April 2019 & October 2019
Winners will be determined by a panel of judges in October 2019, one for each of the following three categories: i) creativity and original idea, ii) fun, iii) information. Who will win which prize will be drawn from these winners.

  • First Prize (→ Apple iPad (WiFi, 32GB, silver))
  • Second and Third Prize (→ 200 EUR Wiley/Wiley-VCH book voucher)

  • The two videos that received the most votes on April 1, 2019 and on October 1, 2019 are each featured in an article in ChemViews Magazine and in CHIUZ.
  • In addition, among all submissions on April 1, 2019, we raffle 2 GDCh Periodic Table Posters and 2 ChemistryViews.org power banks (4000 mAh). Among all submissions on October 1, 2019, we raffle 3 GDCh magic cups.
