In this issue, A. Togni et al. review the use of pyridinium salts as redox-active functional group transfer reagents. How do they liberate radical species for a diverse range of syntheses? The Minireviews deal with two‐dimensional noble‐metal chalcogenides and phosphochalcogenides (T. Heine et al.) and mixed polyanionic compounds as positive electrodes for electrochemical energy storage (Y. Tang et al.). Z. Sun and Y. H. Hu highlight mass production of high-quality graphene, and C. Richert et al. contribute a Viewpoint on chemists’ contributions to fighting the Covid-19 crisis. In a Correspondence, P. B. Karadakov and S. Saito argue that an anti-aufbau DFT approach for singlet excited aromatics produces incorrect results.

In the original research section, J.-M. Lin et al. monitor H2O2 on the surface of single cells with liquid crystal elastomer microspheres (see picture). J. Luo et al. present halide double perovskite ferroelectrics. I. Krossing et al. describe the synthesis of a perfluorinated ammoniumyl radical cation and its application as a strong deelectronator. N. Yoshie et al. devised a method for the construction of nearly ideal polymer networks.
