EuCheMS, the European Association of Chemical and Molecular Sciences, invites candidates for the position of General Secretary in its Brussels office. The General Secretary acts as the chief executive and is responsible for the overall management of EuCheMS and for policy development. The General Secretary reports to the EuCheMS President, the President Elect/Past President and the Treasurer.

The role requires a self-motivated and committed individual. The position is envisaged as a full-time role and there is responsibility for managing one part-time person supporting electronic communications (the website, databases and banking).

The position will be available in April and it is expected that interviews will take place in March.
