Angewandte Chemie 28/2024: A Versatile Platform

Author: Angewandte Chemie International Edition

In this issue, Stefan A. Freunberger et al. review far-reaching reaction mechanisms that underpin lithium-air batteries. The Minireview by Qichun Zhang et al. deals with covalent organic frameworks to stabilize metal anodes for highly efficient rechargeable batteries.

In the original research section, Qiang Xu et al. describe how metal–support interactions between embedded Ir clusters and their WO3 support boost the oxygen evolution reaction in acidic media (see picture). Robert Wolf et al. succeeded in the cobalt-mediated photochemical C–H arylation of pyrroles. Carmen M. Domínguez et al. developed a versatile microfluidic platform for extravasion studies based on interactions of DNA origami with cells. Xueming Yang et al. report the formation of supernarrow borophene nanoribbons.
