In this issue, D. Rowe et al. review 30 years of astrochemical history and future challenges. How is reaction kinetics in a uniform supersonic flow (CRESU) used to elucidate chemistry in an interstellar medium? The Highlight deals with potentially environmentally benign redox flow batteries by molecular engineering (Y. Ding and G. Yu).

In the Communications section, Z. Xie et al. present a direct nucleophilic substitution reaction of cage B-H bonds by Grignard reagents (see picture). C. Dennison et al. visualize biological copper storage and point out the importance of thiolate-coordinated tetranuclear clusters. E. Zussmann et al. observed a structural transition in liquid crystal bubbles from nanocellulose colloids. P. K. Mykhailiuk et al. suggest that 1-substituted 2-azaspiro[3.3]heptanes may be overlooked motifs for drug discovery.
