In this issue, I. Willner et al. review the properties and applications of triplex DNA nanostructures. How can they be implemented in the design of stimuli-responsive materials? In a Minireview, M. D. Cheeseman et al. discuss lysine-targeting covalent inhibitors. The Highlight deals with the addition of ladderanes into plastic semiconductors with mechanochemistry (S. W. Thomas III). in his Editorial, J.-C. Leroux wonders whether there is too much complexity and not enough reproducibility in drug delivery.

In the Communications section, M. Nakano et al. present a triaminotriborane(3), a homocatenated boron chain which is connected by boron–boron multiple bonds (see picture). C. Duan et al. succeeded in the encapsulation of a quinhydrone cofactor in the inner pocket of cobalt triangular prisms. A. Maruyama et al. describe the single-molecule monitoring of the structural switching dynamics of nucleic acids. D. Seidel et al. synthesized mariline A and related isoindolinones.
