Solazyme, a renewable oil and bioproducts company, and Bunge Global Innovation LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bunge Ltd., announced that their joint venture Solazyme Bunge Renewable Oils, Brazil, has successfully produced its first commercially saleable products on full-scale production lines. Oil and encapsulated lubricant products have been manufactured. Production is expected to reach full capacity within the next 12–18 months.
