Held in conjunction with the U.N. Day of Women and Girls in Science, the goal of the GWB is to establish an active network of people of all genders to overcome the barriers to gender equality in science. Groups from all types of science organizations, such as high schools, science societies, universities, companies, governments, and non-governmental organizations, are invited to host events.

  Two parallel events at Wiley offices in Weinheim and Berlin, Germany, will bring together scientists of all genders in the field of chemistry and related disciplines. The event will feature three speakers who will share their experiences and insights on the topic of academia and parenting, and there will be ample opportunities for networking between scientists from different career stages, including our in-house editorial teams.
