The Nobel Prize in Chemistry will be announced on October 7, 2015.

The results so far suggest an American chemist in the organic field will win the 2015 Nobel Prize. Two of the top three write-in suggestions are also working in the the US: George M. Whitesides and Harry B. Gray. The third place is currently held by Australia-based Ezio Rizzardo.
